School-specific ordering

The private ordering link is for the school named in the link. The ordering facility supports Grade 1 to Grade 7 and displays only the grades, workbooks, prices and ordering period selected for that school. A parent may include more than one child from that same school in one transaction.

Prices, payment and confirmation

Prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR) and may differ by school or grade. The final order amount is displayed for review before payment and is the amount submitted to PayFast. Any agreed delivery charge must be disclosed before payment. Payment is completed on PayFast’s hosted page; Briljante Boeke does not collect full card numbers, CVV values, banking passwords, PINs or payment OTPs. An order is recorded as paid only after the system verifies PayFast’s payment notification. Returning to this website alone does not confirm payment. Retain the order reference and check the order’s payment status. Payment methods depend on those enabled on Briljante Boeke’s PayFast account.

Ordering deadlines

Each school’s parent link shows its ordering deadline. Briljante Boeke may close, reopen or extend an ordering period for that school. Orders received after a closing date are subject to the availability and process communicated for that school.

Delivery

Briljante Boeke produces and prepares its own workbooks and does not use a dropshipping fulfilment model. Paid books are grouped by school and grade, then delivered in bulk to the school for distribution, normally near the end of the school year or in January before classes begin. The specific delivery window is communicated for the relevant school and ordering period. A school receives the paid learner allocation list needed to distribute the books; unpaid orders are not included in that list.

This school-ordering facility supplies participating schools in South Africa. It does not offer individual home delivery or international shipping. Payments received after a fulfilment batch has been created remain separate from that batch and require a later delivery arrangement.

Changes, returns and refunds

Before payment, a parent may correct the details by returning to the relevant checkout step. For a paid order, contact Briljante Boeke as soon as possible with the order reference and the requested correction or cancellation. Briljante Boeke will review the payment, school allocation and preparation or delivery status, then confirm the available options. Report an incorrect, damaged or defective book promptly with supporting details so that the appropriate remedy can be arranged. These terms do not exclude or shorten any cancellation, repair, replacement or refund rights available under applicable law.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, Briljante Boeke will contact the parent to agree an available alternative or the appropriate refund. Approved refunds are processed through the appropriate payment process, normally to the original payment method where supported. The outcome, approved amount and expected processing time will be confirmed to the parent. Bank and payment-provider processing times may affect when the funds appear.

Payment disputes

A parent who does not recognise a payment or believes that a payment was processed incorrectly should email Briljante Boeke with the order reference and supporting information. Briljante Boeke will review the order, verified payment record and fulfilment status, communicate the outcome, and process any approved correction or refund through the appropriate payment process. Suspected unauthorised or fraudulent payments may also be referred to the payment provider and the parent’s financial institution.

Acceptance

Skoolspesifieke bestelling

Die privaat bestelskakel is vir die skool wat in die skakel aangedui word. Die bestelfunksie ondersteun Graad 1 tot Graad 7 en wys slegs die grade, werkboeke, pryse en bestelperiode wat vir daardie skool gekies is. ’n Ouer kan meer as een kind van dieselfde skool in een transaksie insluit.

Pryse, betaling en bevestiging

Pryse word in Suid-Afrikaanse rand (ZAR) aangedui en kan per skool of graad verskil. Die finale bestelbedrag word voor betaling vir hersiening gewys en is die bedrag wat aan PayFast gestuur word. Enige ooreengekome afleweringskoste moet voor betaling bekend gemaak word. Betaling word op PayFast se betaalblad voltooi; Briljante Boeke versamel nie volledige kaartnommers, CVV-nommers, bankwagwoorde, PIN-nommers of betalings-OTP’s nie. ’n Bestelling word slegs as betaal aangeteken nadat die stelsel PayFast se betalingskennisgewing geverifieer het. Terugkeer na die webwerf bevestig nie op sigself betaling nie. Behou jou bestelverwysing en kontroleer die betalingstatus. Beskikbare betaalmetodes hang af van dié wat op Briljante Boeke se PayFast-rekening geaktiveer is.

Bestelsperdatums en aflewering

Elke skool se ouerskakel wys die bestelsperdatum. Briljante Boeke kan ’n bestelperiode vir daardie skool sluit, heropen of verleng. Briljante Boeke vervaardig en berei sy eie werkboeke voor en gebruik nie ’n afleweringsmodel waar ’n derde party direk aan die klant versend nie. Betaalde boeke word per skool en graad gegroepeer en gewoonlik teen die einde van die skooljaar of in Januarie voor klasse begin in grootmaat by die skool afgelewer. Die spesifieke afleweringstydperk word vir die betrokke skool en bestelperiode gekommunikeer. Die skool ontvang die betaalde-leerder-toekenningslys wat nodig is om die boeke uit te deel; onbetaalde bestellings word nie ingesluit nie.

Wysigings, terugsendings en terugbetalings

Hierdie skoolbestelfasiliteit bedien deelnemende skole in Suid-Afrika en bied nie individuele huisaflewering of internasionale versending nie. Betalings wat ná die skepping van ’n afleweringsbatch ontvang word, bly apart en vereis ’n latere afleweringsreëling.

Voor betaling kan ’n ouer besonderhede regstel deur na die toepaslike bestelstap terug te gaan. Kontak Briljante Boeke so gou moontlik met die bestelverwysing vir ’n betaalde bestelling se wysiging of kansellasie. Briljante Boeke hersien die betaling, skooltoekenning en voorbereidings- of afleweringstatus en bevestig die beskikbare opsies. Meld ’n verkeerde, beskadigde of gebrekkige boek spoedig met ondersteunende besonderhede aan. Hierdie bepalings sluit geen kansellasie-, herstel-, vervangings- of terugbetalingsreg ingevolge toepaslike wetgewing uit of verkort dit nie.

Indien ’n bestelling nie uitgevoer kan word nie, sal Briljante Boeke die ouer kontak om ’n beskikbare alternatief of toepaslike terugbetaling te reël. Goedgekeurde terugbetalings word deur die toepaslike betalingsproses hanteer, gewoonlik na die oorspronklike betaalmetode waar dit ondersteun word. Die uitkoms, goedgekeurde bedrag en verwagte verwerkingstyd word aan die ouer bevestig. Bank- en betalingsverskafferverwerking kan beïnvloed wanneer die geld beskikbaar is.

Betalingsgeskille

’n Ouer wat nie ’n betaling herken nie of meen dat ’n betaling verkeerd verwerk is, moet Briljante Boeke per e-pos kontak met die bestelverwysing en ondersteunende inligting. Briljante Boeke sal die bestelling, geverifieerde betalingsrekord en uitvoeringstatus hersien, die uitkoms kommunikeer, en enige goedgekeurde regstelling of terugbetaling deur die toepaslike betalingsproses verwerk. Vermoedelike ongemagtigde of bedrieglike betalings kan ook na die betalingsverskaffer en die ouer se finansiële instelling verwys word.

Aanvaarding
