4. Quotes & Orders

• The Catalogue tab allows browsing of products and the ability to add items to a Quote List.
• Items can be reviewed under the Quote | Kwotasie tab before submitting a request.
• Submitting a quote request sends the information to Briljante Boeke administration, where a formal quotation will be prepared and emailed.
• A quote request is not a confirmed order. An order becomes binding only once you have accepted the quotation and made the agreed payment.
• All transactions are subject to South African contract law.

• You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information stored by Briljante Boeke.

• Werkboeke is slegs vir opvoedkundige gebruik en mag nie gewysig, herverkoop of gepubliseer word sonder magtiging nie.

3. Webwerfgebruik

• Hierdie webwerf mag nie op enige onwettige of skadelike wyse gebruik word wat die beskikbaarheid of sekuriteit kan ontwrig nie.
• Skakels na derdeparty-webwerwe word vir gerief verskaf, maar Briljante Boeke aanvaar geen verantwoordelikheid vir hul inhoud of privaatheidsbeleid nie.

4. Kwotasies & Bestellings

• Die Katalogus-blad laat jou toe om produkte te blaai en items by ’n Kwotasielys te voeg.
• Items kan hersien word onder die Kwotasie | Quote-blad voordat ’n versoek ingedien word.
• Wanneer ’n kwotasieversoek ingedien word, word die besonderhede na Briljante Boeke administrasie gestuur en ’n formele kwotasie word voorberei en aan jou gestuur.
• ’n Kwotasieversoek is nie ’n bevestigde bestelling nie. ’n Bestelling word eers bindend wanneer jy die kwotasie aanvaar en die ooreengekome betaling gemaak is.
• Alle transaksies is onderhewig aan Suid-Afrikaanse kontraktereg.

5. Jou Regte Ingevolge POPIA

• Jy het die reg om toegang te verkry tot jou persoonlike inligting wat Briljante Boeke hou, dit reg te stel of die uitwissing daarvan aan te vra.
• Jy kan jou toestemming vir verwerking te eniger tyd terugtrek, behoudens wetlike en kontraktuele vereistes.
